To answer your question – I would try to use the ngrok tool on the CTF box, and try sharing the URL with the person I would like to share the challenge with. But, I am not sure if this will work. But give it a try, and please do let me know.

An alternative method would be to upload the OVA file on AWS, and share the public IP address with the user.
